我們的故事 Our Story
食物是藝術，咖啡是煥醒白天的魔法
Food is a form of art, and Coffee is the magic that wakes up the day.
這家公司成立於2022年，建立原因是因為店長於2021年深陷咖啡世界後發現在香港可以選購的咖啡豆種類不多，但在外地進口咖啡豆時數量要求很大，自己一個消耗不完，所以抱著「不如大家一起試試」的目的而購入並共享。
受韓國搖滾團體Dreamcatcher影響，公司主題是「寂夜紅月」跟「灰霾紅日」，到底是「月」是「日」，憑觀察者想像。
我們的生活就像在發一個不停重覆的清醒夢境，所以每個早上需要吸入咖啡因讓自己從惡夢中「醒來」脫離。
在這個經常說「躺平」、勸說放棄掙扎的性冷淡社會，希望大家能保持固我，不甘平淡，抱著熱情活著。
願縱使地上佈滿六便士，你仍會選擇仰望月亮。
The company was started in 2022 after we realized there weren’t many varieties of coffee beans available in Hong Kong in 2021. However, when importing beans from abroad, the MOQ was so high that we couldn’t consume them all by ourselves, so we bought and shared the beans with the intention of “Why don’t we all try it together?”
The company’s theme is “Silent Night, Red Moon” and “Grey Haze, Red Sun”; whether it is a “moon” or a “sun” depends on the viewer’s feelings. It was inspired by the Korean rock band Dreamcatcher.
Our lives are like lucid dreams that keep repeating themselves, thus we need to inhale caffeine every morning to “wake up” from our nightmares.
In a cold culture that frequently tells us to “lie down” and stop trying, I hope we can all be true to ourselves, refuse to accept life for less, and live passionately.
May you still choose to look up at the moon even if the ground is covered with sixpence.
